haha, nice!

Because mine expired originally in March 2010 and you can renew up to 6 months in advance but since I took my test 7 months before expiry, I am SOL and have to pay full sum for my renewal before my next birthday. I guess I should have waited another month but I really didn't care too much at the time (and yes, it's annoying but the hard part is over with).
