Gastown Show n' Shine 2010

This isn't a Vancouver Island event, but some things are worth a trip to the mainland...   ;)

6th annual Show n' Shine happening in Vancouver's Gastown, Sunday August 15th, 2010

It's time to mark your calendars for the biggest motorcycle event the streets of Vancouver have ever seen! On Sunday, August 15, 2010, the B.C. Coalition of Motorcyclists will be closing down Water Street between Carrall and Richards and Gastown will once again become a "motorcycles only" zone for the 6th Annual Gastown ALL MAKE Motorcycle Show & Shine, Vancouver's largest free motorcycle show. For the last 5 years thousands of have people come out to enjoy this huge celebration of motorcycling!

Come check out the show n' shine with hundreds of motorcycles on display, including choppers, cruisers, vintage bikes, sport bikes (European, Japanese, American), fat boys, softtails, rat bikes, touring bikes, sidecars, drag bikes, trikes, scooters and more. The show will also feature manufacturer displays by several of the major manufacturers, such as: BMW, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, Hit-Air, Big Bear Choppers, Johnny Pag, Drag Specialties, Parts Canada, info on rider training, live music and much more! All of this will take place in a gorgeous setting on the cobble stone streets of historic Gastown.

During the show motorcyclists will have access to FREE parking. Locations tba.
